Cross-border integration between Shenzhen and Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) has achieved a key breakthrough, marking the substantive launch of the "Co-location of Boundary Crossing Facilities" arrangement at Huanggang Port. The Huanggang Port Hong Kong Port Area and Related Extended Areas was commissioned beginning at 00:00 of July 31, 2026, and is subject to the jurisdiction of the laws of the HKSAR. representing major progress in the innovation of the Shenzhen-Hong Kong port governance system.
